Q: Who are you guys?

Q: How much is shipping to (Blank)?
A: Shipping has already been included in the purchase price, and is good for most all areas of the lower 48 states.  Shipping to most addresses will include curbside delivery. Please have two people ready upon arrival of the freight truck. If you live in a very remote location, please call or email first to verify that shipping costs are covered, an/or discuss delivery options.

Q: How long will my Vitabath take to get?
A: We will begin construction on your tub usually within a day or two of recieving full payment.  Building tubs takes 10-12 business days before they can ship.  Shipping from Miami generally takes between 3-8 business days, depending on where it is being delivered.

Q: What are the power requirements for a Vitabath?
A: Vitabath whirlpool tubs have a 1.5 hp pump that draws about 12 amps of current while in use.  It is recommended that they be plugged into a 20amp GFI.  Another option is to purchase an AromaSpa.  This air pump consumes only around 3 amps while running.

Q: Can I add other features to my Vitabath, like a heater, or chrome trim?
A: Yes!  You can add any features that are listed on the feature page.  Each product page has a link that will show a PDF order form for the tub and lists ALL available options, and retail prices.  For purchasing a Vitabath from Whirlpool Baths Direct, you get an automatic 40% off any optional features that you would like.

Q: What is the warranty and how does it work?
A: The warranty for Vitabath tubs is this: 20 years structural, 10 years surface, 3 years pumps, and 2 years parts and plumbing.  If you need service on a tub under warranty, call us at 800-809-9111, and we will arrange for a warranty repair.  If you are outside of your warranty period, you should contact a local plumber.

Q:  I've selected the tub I want, I've checked out, what do I do now?
Before we can build your tub, we need to know exactly what you want, what color, what features, as well as full payment, your full shipping address, and your phone numbers, so the freight company can contact you.  If you have provided all of this information, we will send you a confirmation email letting you know that your tub is underway. 

Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
