After the sheet of Lucite acrylic is heated, and vacuumed formed into the shape of the whirlpool bath, fiberglass is applied to the back side of acrylic sheet, providing rigidity and strength. Normal fiberglass resin creates heat when it cures. That heat deteriorates the bond between the acrylic sheet, and the fiberglass. Vita uses a special cold curing vinyl ester resin that stays cool as it cures, insuring the strongest possible bond between the layers, and the strongest bath shell possible.

Insurance is included with the standard shipping cost, which is included in the sale price. This applies to most areas of the lower 48 states. Tub condition is new, custom built for you. Tubs will leave the factory approximately 12 business days from the time of order.
