Payment:

Payment must be made in full prior to building your tub.  We accept most forms of payment, including Visa, MC, Discover, AMEX, Paypal, Cashier's check or money order.  Once payment is recieved, the factory will begin construction of your custom whirlpool bathtub.

Shipping:

Your tub will be custom built just for you at our factory in Miami, FL.  Once completed, it will be shipped directly to you.  Freight charges for most all areas in the lower 48 states have been included in the price of the tubs, however, there may be some areas that require an additional fee for actual curbside delivery.  If you live in a remote area, or an area that may not be accessible for freightlines, please contact us to verify the shipping charges, either email us at sales@whirlpoolbathsdirect.net or call us at 800-809-9111 for further information.

Returns:

Since all orders are custom built, and due to freight considerations, returns cannot be accepted on any bathtub order.  If an order needs to be cancelled, it must be done within 48 hours of placing the order.  All tubs are leave the factory in perfect condition.  When your tub arrives, you will be asked to sign a form stating that the tub was received in good condition.  Please be sure to inspect the tub before signing.  If there is visible damage and you need a replacement, you should refuse the shipment.  In this event, the tub will be taken back to the factory, and you will be sent a replacement tub at no charge.
